The "saplings" collection explores the contrasts in Australia’s woodland forests: the calm and stability lent by the clean verticals of sapling gum trees; against the texture and tangle of the forest floor. Without beginning or end, the tree trunks pull us into the continuum of the forest: past to future; earth to sky.
Shipping Australia-wide. This piece comes to you as a roll of painted canvas fabric (high quality linen, actually) in a mailing tube. This saves metres of plastic bubblewrap (Mother Nature thanks you!), and makes delivery far easier to handle for you. Any framer can easily prepare it for hanging, by attaching to a backing frame then adding the decorative outer frame of your choice. The price is lower on my 'unstretched' paintings to accommodate the extra step.
