Oil on stretched canvas, 76cm wide x 76cm high. Ready to hang unframed.
It is early spring and wild Austral Indigo flowers nod on the ends of long canes, making exquisite curves, hovering mid-height as though weightless - pink fairy dancers leaping through the air. Amid the warming season, there was a sense of joy, expansion and serenity in this place. I could not help but sit among them with my sketchbook. Back in the studio, a square canvas matched the perfect balance of these plants.
I currently ship standard within Australia only. If you live elsewhere, please contact me to see if shipping to you is possible. Each painting is lovingly protected with tissue paper and bubble wrap, boxed and shipped from my studio in Canberra, ACT within 3 business days of the purchase date. I’m happy to discuss the option of arranging framing for you.
