Mixed media on FSC wood panel, 60cm wide x 50cm high. Ready to hang unframed.
A meander through the forest as my mind wanders in search of new ideas and a sure path forward, not quite fully formed, not quite sure. I find calm and comfort among the young trees that offer guide posts for me to hold, and which speak of the perpetual cycles life and Nature's gentle wisdom. I may feel lost but the trees know where they are, and thus where I am.
A range of media and water wash create subtle layers of depth, and seemingly empty but ever-shifting areas of space. There is form and light here, though, from a reassuring sun above.
This artwork is on sustainable FSC wood panel with a 2cm edge. Edges are painted a durable off-white for protection and a finished look if hanging unframed.
I currently ship standard within Australia only. If you live elsewhere, please contact me to see if shipping to you is possible. Each painting is lovingly protected with tissue paper and bubble wrap, boxed and shipped from my studio in Canberra, ACT within 3 business days of the purchase date. I’m happy to discuss the option of arranging framing for you.
